Error When Accessing SP Digital Repository (for SP Staff)
Staff accessing SP Digital Repository are required to login with SP Staff email address, i.e. @sp.edu.sg domain.
If you encounter an access issue, please follow these instructions:

1. The following error message will be shown if @ichat.sp.edu.sg domain was used to login.

2. Use the URL: https://login.microsoftonline.com/logout.srf to log out from your current session.
|
|
3. After successful logout, you may go to SP Digital Repository again and login using @sp.edu.sg domain.

A Note on Using SP Email (@sp.edu.sg domain) to Login
SP is moving towards having staff log into SP applications and services using SP staff email (xxx@sp.edu.sg) instead of the ichat email (xxx@ichat.sp.edu.sg). You may encounter issues if you use some applications which currently require login by SP staff email and other applications which require login by ichat email.
