Endnote transition to Mendeley

SP Library will be terminating its subscription to EndNote software on the 31 August 2019. Mendeley will replace EndNote as the de-facto citation software for users of SP Library e-resources. Please note that EndNote will cease support when the subscription ends and existing SP EndNote users are required to uninstall EndNote 30 days from 31 August 2019.

To assist with the transition, please refer to the FAQ for the steps to install Mendeley and uninstall EndNote.

What is Mendeley?
Mendeley is a reference and citation management software. It allows online collaboration through sharing of research paper and data.

How do I install Mendeley on my desktop?

I have EndNote installed in my computer. How should I proceed now?
You should migrate your existing citation from EndNote to Mendeley format and proceed to uninstall EndNote.

Can I continue using my EndNote software?
No. SP Library has ceased its subscription with EndNote software on the 31 August 2019. SP users of EndNote software has 30 days from 31 August to uninstall the software to meet the terms of subscription agreement.
